In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, you may request deletion of any data Kompozy obtained from Meta (Facebook or Instagram) about you. This page explains how.
When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account to Kompozy, we receive data such as your Meta user ID, the Pages and Instagram Business/Creator accounts you manage, access tokens needed to publish on your behalf, and limited insights/metadata for content you authorize. You can ask us to delete that data at any time using either of the methods below.
Disconnecting revokes the OAuth access token immediately. Associated Meta-sourced records are deleted from our systems within 30 days, subject to backup-rotation windows. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.
We will verify the request, process it within 30 days, and reply with a confirmation code that you can cross-reference against Meta's deletion-callback log if needed.
You can also revoke Kompozy's access to your Meta accounts directly from Meta:
Revoking access at Meta stops further data flow to Kompozy. To also delete Meta data already stored on Kompozy's side, additionally use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
Content you generated inside Kompozy (drafts, scheduled posts, generated images and videos that you created in the workspace) is owned by you and is retained under your account. It is not deleted by a Meta-data deletion request because it was not obtained from Meta. To delete that content, delete the relevant items in the pipeline or close your Kompozy account from Settings → Account.
We may also retain limited records as required by law (for example, billing or fraud-prevention records), and aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot be tied to an individual.
